We, at Megastar Plus Kft. consider a growing level of customer satisfaction as a strategic goal.
Therefore we decided to develop and implement an ISO 9001:2001 quality management system, which we have introduced in November 2002. While developing our quality management system, our primary objective was building better services in order to keep our existing customers. As a result we developed our management system to involve every aspect of our activities that reaches our customers in one way or another. Our quality management system has been certified by Certop Kft. after a successful quality audit in February 2003. In March 2009 we have successfully defended our certificate on a revision audit.
